Our Principles

The story of how we challenge is told through our longstanding dedication to our ten founding principles. They were established at launch to be the antithesis to the frustrations we’ve all experienced at other advertising agencies. It means we spend less time managing and more time creating. It means we're about story doing, and not just story telling.

Our People

So how do we get this good at challenging? We hire a diverse and talented bunch who like to offer you an alternative opinion on business. Since opening in August 2012, we’ve been recruiting from a variety of advertising and marketing backgrounds. Founded on VCCP’s principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration, we’re united by a passion for taking down the bears.
